2、下载链接的微软官方疑难解答包 ，适用于：Windows 10, Windows 7, Windows 8.1全名称为MicrosoftProgram_Install_and_Uninstall.meta.diagcab
3、直接运行程序，按提示可以解决问题最后修复了该问题重新安装安装的程序，没有提示“无法访问windows installer”搭建UG8.0完美安装
